How to comply with GDPR and minimise business risks

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been agreed and is set to come into force in May 2018. Despite the Brexit vote, the consensus is that the UK must still comply with the rules  governing how enterprises handle their customers’ data if they intend to do business with Europe.

A failure to do so will expose organisations to the risk of massive fines, in the face of an increase in the sheer amount of data and how it is captured and stored.
